The services listed on our website are available for use exclusively by our official partners and clients.

Reservations

Reservations can be made via email or by sending a message through our approved online messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Viber, social media inboxes, etc.).

To be considered valid and confirmed, the reservation process must be fully completed and paid, and an official confirmation message must be received from our Reservations or Sales Department, either by email or messenger. No booking is considered final without this written confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing — either via email or message through the same channels. The cancellation is only considered valid once it has been confirmed by our Reservations or Sales Department in writing (email or message).

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed by bank transfer only and only after cancellation has been officially confirmed.

Please note that all prepayments, deposits, bank transfer fees, and any additional charges are strictly non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.

Agreements and Cooperation

All detailed terms and conditions regarding bookings of services including but not limited to:

• Reservation procedures
• Booking confirmations
• Modifications and cancellations
• Payments and refunds

...are governed by the signed Partner Agreement between our company and the respective partner. In the absence of such an agreement, our general terms published here apply.

Content & Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, and other content related to our services are the intellectual property of TERME GREEK INSPIRED.

They may only be used by our authorized partners for promotional purposes related to our services. Third parties are strictly prohibited from using, copying, distributing, or modifying any of our visual or written content without written permission from our company.

Unauthorized use of our content will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
